Now, you may be curious as to how this process works. You may be initially skeptical at first because you have grown up with the idea that things are never really free. Well, you are in for a treat. Check out this video by Reporter Tony Carver of the BBC. He outlines the process pretty well.

How does this work? Where is the money coming from?

The money that is being used is coming from advertisers. This process is a really clever spin on how advertisers spend their budget. Traditionally, many advertisers would spend their money on passive marketing. That is, they usually spend their money on commercials that will be played for on the television. One example of this is the Superbowl, where many companies pay millions of dollars for a 30 second ad space. But now, with the advent of Youtube, television viewership is decreasing so companies have to be more innovative to advertise their products.

One such innovation is through the process of allowing you to get electronics like iPads for free. Companies have lots of money set aside for advertising. They pay the networks like Transcendent Innovations money for each customer that they bring to try out the companies services. Thus offers are born. Offers are ways in which Transcendent Innovations allows their user base to try out the services by the companies, for example Blockbuster. Many times, these offers are free trials, and sometimes they cost less than $10. This is literally pocket change and is due to shipping fees. So once you complete an offer, Transcendent Innovations gets around $50 for it.

How does this work? Why are the offers free then?

Well, there is usually a certain percentage of customers that like the service and decide to stick with it. That’s how they can afford the $50 for it. Plus, they have huge budgets too so that helps.

When the user refers x number of their friends or family to complete offers, each person brings Transcendent Innovations about $50 so that have enough money to buy you the iPad and factor in the cost in shipping and handling so you get the gift straight to your door!

This is not a pyramid scheme. It is perfectly legal and it is basically a creative twist on how cashback and rebate systems work. You may have heard about the Microsoft Bing cashback system. Basically, when you buy an item through Bing.com, you are being referred by Microsoft for a particular item. They get paid commissions for referring you as an affiliate and this commission that they get; they share with you so that you can your cash back.

This whole process is a win win situation for everybody! Hard to believe right?

Check this out. You win because you get an iPad for free. The advertisers win because they get new customers and Transcendent Innovations win because they are still making profit despite giving you the free item!

I included sites where everyone in the whole world can participate, but there is one restriction aside. You have to be older than 18 years old of age.

If you are still curious about this process, here are some articles from reputable sources that explain this whole process out.
